Kredia publishes through each network's official API, so each platform accepts different kinds of posts. The composer only offers the post types a platform supports, but it helps to know the rules before you plan content.

Platform notes

Instagram. The first item of a carousel is its cover. Instagram needs a photo or video in every post; text-only posts aren't possible. Bio, profile picture, Highlights and music can't be changed through Instagram's API, so add music in the Instagram app after publishing.

Facebook. You pick the Page when the client has several. Today Facebook publishes only the first image of a multi-image post, even though the composer lets you add more. For a multi-photo Facebook post, publish it in Facebook for now or split it into separate posts.

TikTok. Video only, with a privacy level you choose. Until Kredia's TikTok app passes TikTok's review, TikTok publishes every post as private ("Only me"). See TikTok posts are published as private.

YouTube. Kredia publishes YouTube Shorts only: a vertical video of up to 3 minutes. Kredia adds #Shorts to the title. You choose the visibility: public, unlisted or private. Longer or horizontal videos fail.

LinkedIn. Publish to a personal profile or a Company Page. Images and video can't be mixed in one post. Articles and documents aren't supported. LinkedIn is available on the web only, not in the mobile app.

Pinterest. Image pins only; video pins are rejected. Pinterest publishing depends on approval from Pinterest, so it may not work for your agency yet.

Threads. Up to 500 characters plus one photo or video. As on Facebook, only the first item of a multi-image post is published today.

Google Business Profile. Kredia doesn't publish posts to Google Business Profile.

Media files

Uploaded files can be up to 1 GB each, in JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4, MOV, M4V or WebM format. See How to add photos and videos to a post.
