Can't invite a teammate (team seat limit)

Symptom#

• On the Team page, Send invitation fails with "Your Free plan includes 3 team seats (including pending invites). To add more, contact [email protected]."
• The person you invited opens the link and sees "This agency has no free team seats."

Why it happens#

Kredia limits the number of team seats per plan. Every member uses a seat, including the Owner, and so does every pending invitation until it's accepted, revoked or expires. The Free plan includes 3 seats. Upgrading inside Kredia isn't available yet.

How to fix#

1. Open Team and look at Pending invitations.
2. Click Revoke invite on invitations nobody needs anymore, for example to someone who already joined with another address. Each one frees a seat.
3. If someone left your agency, click Remove in their row under Active team members.
4. Send the invitation again.
5. If you need more seats than your plan has: redeem your design-partner code in Settings if Kredia gave you one (see How to redeem a design-partner code), or email [email protected].
