Questions and answers
5 questionsWhy can't I sign up for Kredia?
Kredia is invite-only right now. You can register only with an email address that has a pending team invitation.
Ask your agency's Owner or an Admin to invite you, then register with exactly the address they invited. To open a new agency, contact us.
What's the difference between an agency and a client in Kredia?
Your agency is your workspace: it holds your team, your clients and everything you publish. A client is a business you manage social media for.
Each client has its own connected accounts, approval rules and posts.
Can Kredia write captions or suggest content with AI?
Not today. The composer has no AI caption writer and no content suggestions.
How do I contact Kredia support?
There's no chat inside Kredia. Use the Contact page, which opens your email app, or write to [email protected].
Include your agency's name, the client, and a screenshot of what you see, so we can help faster.
Which social networks does Kredia support?
You can publish to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Threads. For Google Business Profile, Kredia handles reviews, Q&A and photos, but not posts.
Pinterest and Google Business Profile depend on approval from those platforms, so they may not work for your agency yet.
