# How to create a post on mobile

From the **Create** tab you can make a post for one client in a few taps: take or pick the media, decorate it, write the caption, check it and schedule it. Each post on mobile goes to **one platform**. To publish the same content to several networks at once, use the composer on the web.

## Before you start

- **You're an Editor, Admin or Owner** in the agency.
- **The client has the platform connected.** Connections are made on the Kredia website.
- **Canva designs** need Canva connected for the agency on the web (Settings, Canva).
- **Videos come from a link for now.** Recording or uploading video from the phone isn't available yet. For a Reel, TikTok or YouTube Short, have a public link to the video file (.mp4 or .mov) ready.

## Create and schedule

1. Tap **Create** and choose how to start: **Camera**, **Gallery**, **Canva**, **Text post**, or **Drafts** to continue a saved post.
2. With the camera, pick **Post**, **Story** or **Reel**, then take the picture. For a Reel, tap **Continue with a video link**.
3. Tap **Next**. On the edit screen, add **Text** or **Stickers** to a photo, reorder the photos, or tap **Add media** for more. Tap **Done** when you finish a photo.
4. Tap **Next** to open the post details.
5. Check the **Client**, then choose the platform under **Post to**.
6. Write the **Caption**. Fill in what the platform needs: **Who can view** for TikTok, **YouTube title**, or **Pinterest board**.
7. Under **Goes out**, pick the date and time, or tap **Now**. Optionally choose a **Campaign**.
8. Tap **Validate** to check the post with the platform without scheduling it.
9. Tap **Schedule post** (or **Post now**). If the client needs approvals, the button reads **Submit for approval** and you can choose the **Publish timing**.

Tap **Save draft** at any point to finish later.

## What can go wrong

- **Drafts are stored on this phone only.** They don't sync to the web or to another phone, and they're lost if you delete the app.
- **"Instagram isn't connected for …"** (or another network). Connect the account on the Kredia website, then try again.
- **"TikTok and YouTube need a video."** Add a video link. Photos can't be posted there.
- **"Pinterest takes one photo, not a carousel."** Keep a single image for Pinterest.
- **Several photos on Facebook or Threads.** Kredia currently publishes only the first image of a multi-image post there. Instagram carousels publish in full.
- **Text and stickers are baked into the photo.** The app saves your edits as a new image on the phone, so they can't be changed after you upload.
